The editing itself was fine, I guess, but I’m still a little confused about the timeline of everything. I thought the proofreading happened after the main edits, or maybe before the final version, but either way there were still some mistakes left in it. It wasn’t terrible, just could’ve been better and a bit clearer.

I don’t know, something about their peer review just didn’t really convince me. It felt like it was supposed to be thorough, but the way it came across made it hard to fully trust. Maybe it’s just me, but that part didn’t feel as solid as I expected.

Maybe it’s just me, but I felt like the support replies took longer than I expected. They were helpful when they did get back to me, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just a little slower than I would’ve liked.

I was expecting customer support to be fairly quick and helpful, but the replies took forever. When they finally got back to me, it didn’t really answer my question, so I was left feeling frustrated. I didn’t think it would be such a hassle just to get a clear response.

The book just feels like a bargain-bin mess. The paper is super cheap, and the layout looks sloppy, like nobody bothered to clean it up before printing.

My book didn’t show up when it was supposed to, and the updates didn’t really help much, they were just kind of vague. I kept checking over and over because I had no idea what was actually happening with the delivery, and after a while it just felt unreliable. The book itself was what I wanted, but the shipping experience was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order again unless that gets sorted out.

The prices just felt too high for what I ended up getting. It wasn’t terrible, but the value really wasn’t there for me.

I’m fine with a basic website if it works, but this one made the whole ordering process way more annoying than it needed to be. The emails and order details were also kind of vague, so I had to double-check things a couple times. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless they clean up the process
